1. About us

These terms apply to all purchases made on this website. The store is operated by Priowell. Orders, payments and shipping are handled through our commerce platform, and by placing an order you accept these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a guardian, to place an order.

2. Orders and agreement

An agreement is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if a product is sold out.

Always check your order confirmation. If something looks wrong, contact us as soon as possible and we will correct it before shipping where we can.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency of the store and include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you complete the purchase.

Payment is made securely at checkout with the payment methods presented there. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

4. Subscriptions

When you choose a subscription, you get a recurring delivery at the frequency shown on the product page, at a discounted price. The first payment is taken at purchase, and subsequent payments are taken automatically before each new delivery.

You can pause, change the frequency of, or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal link in your order emails. Changes must be made before the next renewal date to affect the coming delivery.

Discounts apply as long as the subscription is active. If a subscription is cancelled, any future orders are placed at the one-time price.

5. Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by the carrier, seasonal peaks or customs handling.

If a shipment is delayed or lost, contact us and we will help you track it or send a replacement.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To use it, contact us and let us know which order it concerns.

Products should be returned in essentially unchanged condition. For hygiene reasons, opened food supplements may have a reduced refund value unless the product is faulty.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of us receiving the return.

7. Complaints and faulty products

If a product is damaged, incorrect or faulty on arrival, contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo. We will replace the product or refund you, including reasonable return shipping.

8. Product information and health

Our products are food supplements and are not medicines. They are not intended to prevent, treat or cure any disease, and are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of young children.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, product photography and design — belongs to Priowell and may not be used commercially without our written permission.

10. Liability and governing law

We are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the store is established. Disputes are settled by a competent court, and we follow decisions from applicable alternative dispute resolution bodies.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to that purchase.
