Question 1

How does a subscription work?

Accepted Answer

You choose Subscribe on the product page and pick how often you want your delivery. The product then ships automatically at the same discounted price, and you can change or cancel whenever you like.

Question 2

Can I pause or cancel whenever I want?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is no lock-in period. You manage your subscription through the link in your order confirmation and can pause, change frequency or cancel entirely.

Question 3

Can I change the delivery frequency later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. If every month feels too often, you can switch to every two months in your subscription overview.

Question 4

What does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Free UK shipping on orders of £30+. Orders under £30 cost a flat £3.95.

Question 5

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We have a 15-day return policy — you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment happens in secure checkout with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal, depending on your preference.
