1. Who is responsible for your data

Priowell is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

2. What we collect

Order details: name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history and subscription details.

Payment data: payment method and transaction status. Full card numbers are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

Communication: emails and support messages you send us, and your marketing preferences.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To fulfil your order, manage subscriptions, handle returns and provide support — necessary to perform our contract with you.

To keep accounting records and comply with consumer and tax law — legal obligation.

To prevent fraud, secure the site and improve our products and shop — legitimate interest.

To send newsletters and marketing — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the store: our commerce and checkout platform, payment providers, shipping carriers, email and support tools, and analytics services. They may only process the data on our instructions.

If you accept advertising cookies, we also share browsing data (such as pages viewed and products added to your cart) with Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure how our site and ads perform and to optimise our advertising. This only happens with your consent.

Some providers may be located outside the EU/EEA. In that case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your personal data.

5. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to keep your cart and session working, and optional analytics and marketing cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure campaigns.

With your consent we use the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta when pages are viewed, products are added to the cart or a checkout is started. We use it to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to optimise it. Purchases are measured through our checkout provider.

Your current choice is stored on your device together with the date and the version of this notice you saw. Refusing optional cookies does not stop you from shopping.

6. How long we keep it

Order and accounting data is kept for as long as required by law, normally seven years. Subscription data is kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Marketing consent data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support conversations are kept as long as needed to handle your case.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format.

You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

8. Security

The site is served over encrypted connections and payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. Access to personal data inside Priowell is limited to those who need it to do their job.

9. Children

Our shop is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
